Open to ALL Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy Undergraduates!

Indo German Metabolic Meet (IGMM) 2021 offers its delegates a platform to submit an abstract for Poster Presentations. Approved and Original abstracts will be presented to the judges during the lunch hour and the best three will be given a chance to present their posters before a distinguished panel and audience, followed by questioning and referencing by the panelists.

This is a unique opportunity for you to discuss and take back a feedback to further the scope of research and interact with experts who deal with them, every day!

Candidates need to register for IGMM on the website by filling in registration details and payment of the registration fee.

- Carefully read the guidelines for abstract submission.

- Deadline for abstract submission is: 22nd September – 11:59pm

- Abstract approval will be notified via mail.

- Approval will be given on or before: 23rd September 2021

- Kindly proceed with presentation submission upon approval.

- Deadline of Submission: 24th September 2021 – 11:59pm

- Strictly adhere to the ‘Rules and Guidelines’ given in the document.


  1. Only Individual participation is accepted. Certificates will only be given to the presenter (No certificate shall be provided even to the guide).

  2. Abstracts should have the following Headings: 

    1. Introduction​

    2. Aim 

    3. Methodology

    4. Results and Discussion

    5. Conclusion

  3. Case Report/Series​

    1. Introduction​

    2. Description of case Investigation/Tests

    3. Results and Discussion

    4. Conclusion

  4. Participant submitting abstract for review should be registered for the conference and shall have payed the registration fee.

  5. The abstracts should not have been presented in any other national meeting/conferences

  6. The abstract should be brief, informative and should provide an overview of the research project or clinical case.

  7. Abstract format- MS Word 2010 or higher; Font size-12; Font-Times New Roman

  8. Abstract must include Title, Author’s name and Affiliation (department, institution, University).

  9. Title of the Abstract must be informative and less than 20 words; Font size – 14; Times New Roman; Centred.

  10. The abstract body should not be more than 300 words.

  11. The Word File attached as email should be named after the case title.

  12. Send the abstracts to: with Name as subject.

  13. Last date for abstract submission is 22nd September 2021, 23:59 hrs.

  14. E- certificate will be provided to all the participants.

  15. The acceptance of abstracts will be notified through email on or before 23rd September 2021.

  16. While making the Powerpoint Presentation, change the slide size to A4 in portrait mode. Go to design tab and input the following settings in the slide size.
